We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Blender/ Batcher to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing batches of Soap to ensure high-quality products. As a key member of the team, you will maintain high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.

Shifts Available: THIS IS NOT A ROTATING SCHEDULE

Day Shift 6:30am – 2:45pm

Afternoon Shift 2:30pm – 10:45pm

Night Shift 10:30pm – 6:45am

Job details:

Batch/Mix liquids

• Plan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long term scheduling objectives.
• Assist in developing more junior staff through training.
• Improve the profitability by output and efficiency of the batch.
• Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines.
• Follow SOP’s in compliance with government GMP’s and corporate objectives.
• Ensure the schedule is followed to meet set timelines.
• Manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Sciences is desired but not required.
• 3+ years of compounding experience.

The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

• Basic math skills.
• Problem solving, decision making skills and troubleshooting capabilities

This role is not open to students or part time work, full time only

Must be able to communicate fluently and have reading and writing skills
