WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – CONTRACT-TO-HIRE (SPARKS, NV)
$22–$23 per hour | Full-Time | Long-Term Contract Through April 2027

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Warehouse Associate to join our Sparks, NV operation on a long-term contract basis. Our warehouse lease runs through April 2027, and while we won’t be renewing it, we need a strong team member to support all inventory-related functions during this period.

What You’ll Do
• Receive incoming inventory
• Handle put-away and stock organization
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare and ship outbound materials
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient

What We’re Looking For
• Solid experience in warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and maneuver inventory as needed
• Reliable, consistent work ethic
• Team-focused attitude

Compensation & Opportunity
• Pay range: $22–$23 per hour
• Full-time schedule
• Eligible for full-time hire after contract hours are completed
• Benefits (medical + retirement) available if converted to FTE
• Possible transfer opportunities within the company in the future (not guaranteed)
