Box Truck Driver

We are hiring experienced box truck drivers who take pride in professionalism, customer service, and hands‑on problem solving. This role goes far beyond standard delivery work—you’ll working with customers, providing high‑quality service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 16 ft and 26 ft box trucks
• Complete deliveries and pickups based on a pre-planned route provided the night before
• Provide in-home service, including:
• Furniture assembly
• Children’s playset installation
• TV installation/swaps (dismounting old units, installing new units, packaging returns)
• Demonstrating product features to customers
• Maintain accurate paperwork, signatures, and delivery documentation
• Use a mobile device to complete checkpoints, upload photos, and update delivery status
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements

• Recent, verifiable work-related driving experience
• Must have DOT Medical Card
• Must have Class C Driver's License
• Ability to pass a TSA background check and drug screen
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and comfort entering customer homes
• Ability to assemble products, follow instructions, and stay patient during the process
• Tech‑savvy enough to use delivery apps, complete checklists, and take/upload photos
• Ability to lift and maneuver large items safely, 50lbs or more.
