Job Title: Customer Service Representation

Location: Honolulu

Pay: $24/Hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am to 3pm

 

Overview: This is a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role in a shop‑style environment. The position involves heavy inbound phone volume, frequent cash register transactions, and daily walk‑in customers. The Customer Service Representative must be comfortable multitasking, adapting to frequent changes, and working effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer phone calls
• Assist walk-in customer in a busy shop setting
• Operate cash register and handle cash accurately
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers
• Take orders, create delivery tickets for Warehouse processing
• Processing of AP/AR

 

Skills & Relevant Experience

• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office technology 
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail highly desired
• Prior experience handling cash and register operations highly preferred
• Background in Turf and Horticulture is preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred

 

Requirement

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3+ years related experience and/or training
• Valid Driver's License and be willing and able to travel as required
