Remote Auto Collision Estimate Writer (CCC ONE Required) – Abilene Area

We are seeking an experienced Remote Auto Collision Estimate Writer to join a growing team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting a collision repair operation serving the Abilene area. The ideal candidate will have prior collision estimating experience and be highly proficient in CCC ONE to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates for accident-related claims.

Responsibilities include reviewing damage photos and documentation, writing accurate and timely estimates, communicating with insurance adjusters and repair teams, and ensuring all estimates meet industry standards and repair guidelines. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple estimates in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements:

• Proven experience writing auto collision estimates

• Proficiency in CCC ONE (required)

• Prior body shop or collision center experience

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Must reside in or near the Abilene, TX area
