Pay: $15+ DOE
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our electrical supply team in Shreveport, LA. This position plays a key role in supporting contractors, electricians, and walk-in customers by providing excellent service, processing orders accurately, and pulling materials efficiently.

Greet and assist walk-in customers with electrical parts and supply needs
Answer incoming phone calls and provide product information and pricing
Accurately input customer orders into the computer system
Pull and stage materials for customer pickup and delivery
Process invoices and handle payments
Maintain organized and stocked sales counter and warehouse areas
Collaborate with warehouse and sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Previous counter sales, electrical supply, or related experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical parts and materials (preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers and order entry systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable and punctual
