What You’ll Be Doing:

🎨 Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray guns and automated equipment
🧼 Clean, prep, and mask surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion
🔍 Perform visual and physical inspections for coating quality and consistency
📦 Load/unload parts from the coating line and curing oven
🛠️ Maintain equipment and follow all safety and quality procedures

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Powder coat, paint line, or manufacturing experience preferred
✔️ Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality
