Billing Administrator

· Maintain an organized work area so that paperwork is easily accessible.
· Answer the phone
· Greeting customers as they walk in and check them in with the check-in sheet.
· Start a ticket in the system and add their information to our job spreadsheet.
· Bill out all invoices, collect payment from cash customers, and PO numbers from account customers.
· Bill invoices in our SVC system.
· File paperwork.
· Make bank deposits.
· Learn to code labor on invoices.
· Help communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
· Track jobs on a spreadsheet to maintain Blue Track tracking requirements.
· Participate in conference calls and online training to continue to grow in your position.
· Be willing to jump in and help the team as needed with other duties.
