What we're looking for in a Service writer:

• Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers.
• Assists in the appraisal and quotes of repair work coming into the shop and discusses with service manager the service required, both in parts and labor.
• Assists in scheduling shop assignments, field service work, and requirements for pickup and delivery of equipment.
• Take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments.
• Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances.

• MUST HAVE Mechanical knowledge
• Great customer service experience
