We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Textile Manufacturing Patroller to join our production team. The Patroller is responsible for continuously monitoring fabric production lines, inspecting materials for defects, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position requires extensive walking throughout the facility during the entire shift.
Patrol assigned production areas for the duration of the shift (8–10 hours)
Continuously walk the production floor to monitor textile machines and fabric output
Inspect fabric for defects such as holes, tears, discoloration, misweaves, or inconsistencies
Remove defective materials and report recurring quality issues to supervisors
Accurately record production data and defect counts
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and quality teams
Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hour shifts
Strong attention to detail with good eyesight (corrective lenses OK)
Ability to inspect fabric and identify defects
Manufacturing or inspection experience preferred
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow safety guidelines and work with minimal supervision
