Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: North Phoenix
Pay: $22–$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may vary)

Position Summary

ABUS USA is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual materials that support our sales channels, product marketing, distributor programs, trade events, and digital platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, translating product data and marketing strategy into effective, on-brand visuals quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Collateral:

Design product flyers, sell sheets, catalog pages, line cards, and comparison charts.
Develop distributor presentations (PowerPoint) and email marketing graphics.
Customize marketing materials for channel partners (co-branding, SKUs, logos, pricing sheets).
Create A+ content for e-commerce platforms.
Assist with photo and videography for marketing campaigns.
Support product marketing initiatives and launches.

New Product Launch Materials:

Design product one-pagers, feature/benefit visuals, spec sheets, and technical diagrams as needed.
Develop product packaging graphics and labeling when required.
Ensure consistent visual standards across all Safety and Security product lines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in product marketing or related industries.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
Experience creating digital and print marketing materials.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
