Title: Assembly Worker
Pay: $14/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA
We are seeking a dependable Assembly Worker to join a growing truss manufacturing company in Shreveport, LA. This position will assist with assembling roof and floor trusses in a production environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast-paced shop setting.
Assemble wood trusses according to measurements and specifications
Use hand tools, nail guns, and basic power tools
Read tape measures and follow work orders or drawings
Lift and move materials (50+ lbs as needed)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and production standards
Assist in other shop duties as assigned
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
Basic hand tool experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure
Strong work ethic and dependability
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
