Job Title: Non-CDL Driver – Donation Pickup

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday7:30am-3:30pm

 

We are seeking a dependable Non-CDL Driver to join our team in Phoenix. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a 26-foot box truck to pick up donations from four locations and deliver them as scheduled. You will work alongside a Driver Helper to ensure donations are loaded, transported, and delivered efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working as part of a team, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck, following all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

• Pick up donations from four assigned locations and deliver them according to schedule.

• Collaborate with a Driver Helper to load and unload donations carefully and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries.

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with donors and partners.

• Ensure the truck and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).

• Proven safe driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry donations of varying sizes and weights.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
