Production Lead

Located in Troutdale, OR

 

OVERVIEW: We are currently seeking a Production lead for our company that specializes in heat treatment services. Seeking motivated individual with previous experience as a production lead. 

 

DUTIES:                                                    

• Responsible for leading day-to-day activities of the induction department and responsible for being a leader.
• Responsible for knowing and enforcing the proper procedures & work instructions for workers to follow.
• May be called to provide and share techniques on how to use tools and equipment.

 

PAY: $20/HR to start

SHIFT:  Monday-Friday, 3:30PM-12:00AM

 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Forklift Certified or ability to be certified
• 2 years minimum experience working in production setting
• 1 year minimum direct supervisory experience
