Job Title: Driver Helper – Donation Pickup

Location: West Phoenix
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver Helper to assist with donation pickups. In this role, you will ride alongside our drivers to help collect, load, and transport donated items safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver in safely loading and unloading donated items.

• Ensure donations are handled with care and organized properly in the vehicle.

• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment during pickup routes.

• Communicate effectively with the driver and donor contacts as needed.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during pickups.

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with donors.

• Support the driver with other duties related to donation collection as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry donations of varying sizes and weights.

• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow a schedule.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks.

• No driving required – role involves riding alongside the driver.

Benefits:
