As a Railyard & Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in operations—working with powerful equipment, coordinating shipments, and ensuring materials move seamlessly from railcars to trucks. What You’ll Do

Operate Specialized Transloading Equipment
Run pumps, flow meters, forklifts, and other transloading equipment with precision and care.

Load & Transfer Materials
Safely move materials from railcars to trucks, ensuring accurate and efficient transfers every time.

Inspect & Maintain Equipment
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep operations safe and reliable.

Manage Documentation
Create bills of lading, track shipments and inventory, and maintain accurate digital records.

Collaborate & Communicate
Work closely with drivers, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth, coordinated operations.

Prioritize Safety
Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements to maintain a secure work environment.

Quality & Process Monitoring
Collect samples, perform deproofing adjustments when needed, and ensure product quality standards are met.

Handle Materials with Confidence
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment efficiently. Experience with hazardous materials is a plus.

What You Bring

  • Working knowledge of transload operations and basic maintenance procedures
  • Adaptability to changing workflows and outdoor weather conditions
  • A strong sense of ownership—you’re proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort with basic computer systems and mathematical conversions
  • Physical stamina (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, reaching)
  • Reliable transportation (work may be split between railyard and main site)
