We are seeking a hands-on, independent, and experienced Staff Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting functions of our business. This role works closely with the Controller and the finance team and requires someone who is comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support monthly and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and verify data accuracy

• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations

• Maintain and track fixed assets

• Set up and oversee all accounts payable processes and records

• Process payroll-related journal entries and ensure accuracy

• Analyze account information and identify trends

• Calculate weekly commissions

• Enter daily revenue and KPI data

• Assist with tax return preparation

• Respond to internal and external information requests

• Participate in department projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, or NetSuite

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)

• Knowledge of cash management and cash flow optimization

• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Highly analytical, solutions-oriented, and able to see the big picture

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy
