Key Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections and document all findings (photos, readings, notes, Matterport)
• Identify scope of damage and obtain signed work authorizations
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
• Upload complete inspection reports before leaving each job site
• Participate in an after‑hours on‑call rotation
