Revenue Operations Coordinator 

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (In-Office)
Friday: Remote
Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator who is highly organized, extremely computer-savvy, and confident working with spreadsheets, reports, and data validation. If you’re analytical, curious, and comfortable learning multiple aspects of a business, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review, research, and validate operational and revenue-related data

  • Work extensively in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data cleanup, comparisons, tracking, reporting)

  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and proactively resolve them

  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to support revenue and operational workflows

  • Ask questions, dig into processes, and learn how each part of the operation connects

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems

  • Support ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Excel skills are required (this is a data-heavy role)

  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools

  • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Outgoing, confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions

  • Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team

  • Comfortable handling research, validation, and cross-checking information

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (a plus, not required)

  • Experience in operations, analytics, revenue support, or administrative coordination

  • Background working with reports, dashboards, or financial/operational data
