A growing warehouse operation in Bloomington–Normal is hiring an Inventory Associate / Warehouse Associate for 1st shift. This is a full-time position with steady weekday hours and consistent work.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and unload merchandise
• Verify product count and inspect condition of incoming freight
• Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare outbound freight and shipping documentation
• Pull customer orders and package products for shipment
• Operate warehouse automation systems and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage areas

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of lift truck / forklift experience required
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
• Comfortable operating sit-down or stand-up lift equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods
• Heavy walking throughout shift
• Medium bending and frequent movement
• Heavy carrying and lifting (up to 75 lbs, occasionally)
• Reaching above shoulder level as needed
