Salary: $25.00 to $28.00

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor. This position requires someone who is hands-on and responsible to supervise all aspects of the warehouse. This is a Temp-to-Hire Hire position. $25.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day operation for the shipping and receiving area – fulfillment and inventory to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Forklift certified
• Must be able to communicate, delegate and implement effectively while keeping a team-oriented mindset
• Assist with unloading trucks, when needed
• Assist with Cycle Count (Inventory)
• Assist with all picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Ability to frequently lift and move heavy packages - 50 to 70 lbs
• Must have 2-5 years’ previous warehouse experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Highly organized record keeping and data organization
• Strong multi-tasking skills with critical attention to detail and follow through
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards team, vendors and clients
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Must be flexible and reliable, able to work 40 to 45 hours per week
• M-F from 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm
