Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging and production machinery
• Perform routine machine adjustments and minor equipment repairs
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain production standards and meet daily output goals
• Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating packaging machinery, production equipment, or manufacturing machines preferred
• Experience in warehouse, assembly, food production, or industrial environments is a plus
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting minor equipment issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Work Environment Requirements

• Must be comfortable climbing ladders, steps, stairways, walkways, and elevated platforms
• Ability to work around odors and industrial smells
• Exposure to sanitation and cleaning chemicals
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required
