Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional Requirement: One Saturday per month (starting at 9:00 AM)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17/hour
Commission: Eligible after successful completion of evaluation period


Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Sales Support professional to join our team. This is a full-time position in a positive, team-oriented environment where you will be trained from the ground up.

This role combines office administration, customer service, and sales support responsibilities — with no travel required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally

  • Process and enter product orders accurately

  • Tag, organize, and move product samples (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs)

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

  • Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups

  • Maintain organized records and support daily office workflow


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales experience required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable handling phone communication

  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

  • Punctuality and attendance are important 

Preferred (Plus Qualifications)

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  • Previous home service sales experience in similar industries
