Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Additional Requirement: One Saturday per month (starting at 9:00 AM) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $17/hour Commission: Eligible after successful completion of evaluation period
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Sales Support professional to join our team. This is a full-time position in a positive, team-oriented environment where you will be trained from the ground up.
This role combines office administration, customer service, and sales support responsibilities — with no travel required.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
Process and enter product orders accurately
Tag, organize, and move product samples (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs)
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups
Maintain organized records and support daily office workflow
1–2 years of sales experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling phone communication
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Previous home service sales experience in similar industries
$17/hour base pay
Commission after evaluation/ trainnig period
