Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Server to join our dining team. The Server will provide residents with excellent meal service, ensuring that dining is an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents warmly and assist with seating if needed.

• Take meal and beverage orders accurately.

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.

• Assist residents with meals as needed.

• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Report any resident concerns or special dietary needs to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service with patience and compassion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays when necessary.

• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Must pass a background check
