  Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Assistant Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing apartments for fumigation and will assist in various maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.

   

  Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, walkways, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, and remove trash from designated areas
  • Clean windows, doors, railings, and building entryways
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs
  • Assist maintenance techs with work orders as needed
  • Report safety hazards, damages, or needed repairs to management
  • Keep grounds free of debris; maintain outdoor areas as assigned
  • Restock supplies and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment
  • Support with move-ins/move-outs, including cleaning and prepping units (if required)
  • Provide general support to property management team
  
  

   

  
  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in property maintenance, with specific experience in preparing apartments for fumigation.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  
  Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
