Our client in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for an Electrical Assembler!

Position Summary: Are you a meticulous and skilled assembler looking to contribute to cutting-edge industrial technology? Our client in Cedar Rapids, a leader in designing and manufacturing high-powered systems for tempering, cooking, and drying applications, as well as custom control systems, is looking for a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and integrate electrical components for industrial systems, including transmitters, batch systems, cooking ovens, drying ovens, and tempering ovens.
• Work with precision to assemble complex electrical circuits.
• Route and connect wires according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
• Utilize various power and hand tools effectively and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Proficiency in using power and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Prior experience in electrical assembly or a similar manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 7am – 3:30pm

Pay:

• $19.00 - 21.00/hour
