Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various machining processes and the ability to work with precision tools and equipment. As a Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to specifications.

Duties

• Perform grinding and fairing (bodywork) using 7” angle grinders and air sanders with vacuum systems
• Paint keels using rollers (no spray painting involved)
• Assist in the Casting Department (training will be provided)
• Assist in Mold Prep Department (training will be provided)
• General shop support: cleaning, organizing, and equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures without exception

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in a PPE-required environment
• Comfortable with wearing respirator throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Mandatory Health & Safety Protocols:

• Respirators must be worn at all times due to exposure to lead-containing materials
• Quarterly medical testing is required for all employees to monitor lead exposure
• Full PPE is provided by the company
• Adherence to a strict Health & Safety program is required
