Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our carpentry production team. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, understands basic woodworking practices, and can assemble wood components with accuracy and care. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble wood parts and components according to drawings, blueprints, or work orders
• Use hand tools and power tools (nail guns, drills, sanders, clamps, saws) safely and effectively
• Measure, cut, fit, and align parts to ensure proper assembly
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
• Perform minor adjustments, repairs, or rework as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and product quality

Qualifications
• Experience in carpentry, woodworking, or manufacturing assembly preferred
• Ability to read simple drawings or assembly instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
