We are currently seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting life-impacting medical products.

Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  • Diagnose issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

  • Repair and maintain PLC-controlled equipment (preferred)

  • Assist with installation and setup of new machinery

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems (480V), motors, controls, and troubleshooting

  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems

  • PLC troubleshooting experience a plus

  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Willingness to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and overtime as needed
