🔧 What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Department Supervisor, the Production Assistant will:

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and instrumentation

• Maintain and inspect process equipment following established procedures

• Receive and process raw materials through chemical reactions and production operations

• Assist in the formulation of agricultural products such as fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides

• Support the chemical process by adding reactants and overseeing reaction steps

• Make equipment adjustments as needed to maintain production flow

• Operate a forklift to move drums, totes, and pallets

• Meet quality standards while keeping production on schedule

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support operations

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
