Aerospace Assembler

Pay Rate: $22 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Assembler with strong soldering and crimping experience to join a growing team. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality assemblies that meet strict aerospace industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced soldering on electronic and metal components

• Utilize various soldering techniques including:

  • Soft soldering (electronics)

  • Hard soldering for stronger metal joints

  • Manual, torch, dip, wave, oven, resistance, and induction soldering methods

• Execute precise crimping of wires and connectors

• Assemble aerospace components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Maintain clean and organized workstations

• Follow all company safety policies and aerospace regulations

Qualifications

• Strong soldering expertise (true soldering professionals required)

• Electronic soldering experience highly preferred

• Crimping experience required

• IPC certification is a plus (company will provide certification if needed)

• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

• High attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production setting

• Requires steady hand coordination and attention to precision work

• Overtime may be required based on production needs
