Pool Technician – Arnold, MO 

Pay: $20/hr | Overtime Available

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hard‑working Pool Technician to join our team in Arnold, MO. This role involves hands-on work including pool clean‑ups, assisting with new pool construction, seasonal openings and closings, and general maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform pool clean‑ups and routine maintenance

• Assist with construction and installation of new pools

• Complete pool openings at the start of the season

• Perform winterizing and pool closings

• Follow instructions and safety procedures on every job

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

Schedule

• 6 days per week

• Mandatory Saturdays (typically a half day)

• Hours vary depending on job completion

• Typical start time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM

• Typical end time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Overtime is common

Standard Weekday Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Saturday: Half day (varies)

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Strong communication skills

• Basic math skills (measurements, chemical calculations, etc.)

• Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements

• Heavy lifting at times

• Frequent standing, bending, and walking

• Ability to work on uneven or outdoor surfaces

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed

Compensation

• $20 per hour
