Responsibilities

  • Change fixtures as needed
  • Unclogging sinks, toilets, or drains
  • Touch‑up painting
  • Fixing or tightening loose door handles, or hinges
  • Troubleshoot HVAC issues
  • Complete make‑ready duties for rooms and facility areas

Experience & Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues within rooms and facilities
  • Experience with minor electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
  • Make-ready experience preferred
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, sweeping, bending, and reaching
  • Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently
