Toolmaker / Senior Machinist – Direct Hire
Dayton, Ohio
Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm (Fridays OT as needed)

A growing Dayton manufacturer is hiring an experienced Toolmaker / Senior Machinist to support stamping dies, manual machining, welding, and maintenance operations. This is a hands-on role for a skilled trades professional who enjoys problem-solving and working independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience
Bonuses: Paid annually based on company and individual performance
4-day workweek with potential Friday overtime

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years Tool & Die experience in metal stamping

• Strong manual machining background (lathes, mills, grinders)

• Blueprint reading and precision measurement skills

• Knowledge of die setup and press operations

• MIG/TIG welding experience preferred

• Maintenance troubleshooting ability is a plus
