Parts Room Associate 
Lacon, IL 
$17 an hour 
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 530am to 4pm 
Potential for Long term hire
 
Job Overview:  Express Employment has partnered with a leading manufacturer of custom power packaging solutions, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Room Associate to join their team.  This position plays a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, organization, and timely distribution of parts and materials. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials
  • Prepare, update, and file all necessary documentation related to production and quality
  • Assist receiving in parts crib as needed
  • Assist with tracking shortages and coordinating reorders 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, database applications, and email
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, or parts room experience is a plus
