A local industrial company is looking for a TEMPORARY Receptionist / Switchboard Operator!
Dates & Hours: March 4th - March 18th 8 AM - 4 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $15 an hour
Job Duties:
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Greet visitors and assist as needed
Take and relay messages accurately
Provide general administrative support
Basic data entry and computer tasks
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
Comfortable answering high-volume calls
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Professional phone etiquette
Strong communication and organizational skills
