🏢 Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role combines front-line customer service responsibilities with accurate data entry and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients

  • Perform accurate data entry into company databases and systems

  • Maintain and update customer records

  • Process forms, applications, and documentation

  • Handle email correspondence

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and document management

  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned


🔹 Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Experience with CRM or database systems

  • Bilingual (if applicable)

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge (optional)
