Pipe Fitter

Full-time | Monday–Friday 

Express Employment Professionals are seeking an experienced and genuine Pipe Fitter to join our team. We’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and committed to quality workmanship on fire sprinkler system installs and related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and modify fire sprinkler piping systems according to blueprints and specifications
• Cut, thread, groove, and weld pipe using appropriate tools and equipment
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and installation
• Secure pipes to structures using clamps, brackets, and hangers
• Collaborate with fitters, installers, and project leads to ensure accurate system installation
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA requirements on job sites
• Perform repairs or replacements on existing system piping as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition

Requirements

• 2+ years of pipe fitting experience (fire sprinkler industry preferred, but general pipefitting experience accepted)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled with pipe threading, grooving, cutting, and basic welding
• Must be comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fire sprinkler systems (NICET certifications are a plus)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial environments

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime depending on projects)
• Pay: $20.00/Hour+ DOE
