Press Brake Operator
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | Off Every Friday
Pay: Depends on Experience
Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator who takes pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship? If you enjoy working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel and want a long weekend every week — this opportunity is for you.
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join a growing manufacturing team where your experience and attention to detail truly matter.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate press brake machines to form metal parts according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Select appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job
  • Perform first-piece inspections and ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances
  • Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Work with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of Press Brake Operating experience required
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience forming steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • CNC Press Brake certification preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
