We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to support daily office operations. This position is responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors and guests, and providing administrative support to various departments.
The role includes using Microsoft Excel to assist with reports, spreadsheets, and billing/payables. Candidates must demonstrate strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Previous receptionist experience preferred
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour
