Position Summary

The PRN Environmental Services Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary hospital environment. This position supports patient care by ensuring all assigned areas meet hospital cleanliness standards and infection prevention guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, clinical areas, and common spaces

• Follow hospital policies and infection control protocols

• Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

• Respond promptly to assigned cleaning requests and urgent needs

• Help promote patient safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction

• Maintain organized and sanitary work areas

Schedule

• Flexible shifts based on facility needs

• Available hours between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days per week

• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts available

• Typical schedule consists of 5 working days followed by 2 days off

• This is a PRN (as-needed) position and may require evenings, weekends, and holidays
