About the Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Associates for an automotive supplier in Wentzville. You’ll be cross-trained in several stations that prepare and finish truck beds before and after the spray-in liner process. This position is offered through Express Employment Professionals in the St. Louis / St. Charles County area. You will be employed through Express while working at one of our respected local client companies.

What You’ll Do
  • Rotate through multiple production stations throughout the shift
  • Blow out dust and ensure the truck bed is clean
  • Apply wire tape to outline the tailgate for precise cutting
  • Scuff critical areas using an SOS pad (“bridging”)
  • Apply two layers of protective plastic on truck sides
  • Install the logo inside the truck bed
  • Move trucks to the robotic spray booth for bed liner application
  • Demask vehicles: remove plastic, clean edges, remove tape
  • Verify bed liner thickness meets specifications
