Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Administrative Assistant – Accounting & Office Support for a local cabinet manufacturing company located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $22–$23 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation-to-hire position on the day shift, working 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Friday.

This role supports daily office operations, performs accounting data entry, and manages front‑office communication including phones and email. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

• Accounting data entry including invoices, receipts, and vendor information
• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the correct team members
• Responding to and organizing emails in a professional manner
• Maintaining digital and paper filing systems
• Assisting with customer orders, documentation, and office coordination
• Supporting general office administrative tasks as needed
• Working closely with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow

You must have six months of recent work experience and provide two work references we can contact to be eligible to work through our office.
