About the Opportunity
This position is offered through Express Employment Professionals in the St. Louis / St. Charles County area. You will be employed through Express while working at one of our respected client companies in Saint Charles, MO. This role is perfect for someone with prior apartment maintenance or handyman experience who is comfortable with repairs, tools, troubleshooting, and on‑call responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
• Perform small repairs in occupied apartments and units preparing for new tenants
• Use small hand tools to complete minor maintenance tasks
• Handle labor-intensive duties and heavy lifting as needed
• Assist with general apartment turnover and upkeep
• Complete basic repairs: fixtures, minor plumbing, doors, walls, hardware, etc.
• Participate in mandatory on‑call rotation (required)

What You’ll Bring
• MUST HAVE prior experience as a handyman or apartment maintenance tech
• Comfortable using hand tools and making small repairs independently
• Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy materials
• Dependability and willingness to work the required on‑call schedule
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service mindset
• Candidates living near St. Charles preferred due to on‑call needs (not required)
