Position Overview (Kansas City, Kansas) The CSR serves as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, supporting daily office operations and ensuring maintenance requests and payments are handled accurately and professionally. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment.
Schedule & Pay Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM $18.00 per hour Temp-to-Hire opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist tenants with questions and requests
Document and route maintenance requests to the appropriate team
Receive and process tenant payments
Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
Maintain accurate records within company systems
Provide professional in-person customer service to tenants and vendors
Support office staff with additional clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Basic computer proficiency required
Experience with Microsoft Office strongly preferred
QuickBooks experience a plus
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Hiring Requirements
Drug screen required
Candidates will complete a brief 10 to 15 minute casual interview prior to start
