Express Employment Professionals Northeast San Antonio office is currently partnering with a crude oil hauling and transport client in the San Antonio area to place a Temporary Remote Recruiter - DOT on a 1-2 month project beginning immediately. This is a work from home opportunity, and you will be expected to meet security and internet requirements. A device and phone will be provided for the duration of the project. Compensation for the position will be $22/hour and work hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Essential Job Functions include:

• Source and Recruit qualified CDL Driver applicants to work in TX (Central, South and North)
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess experience, safety history, and qualifications
• Verify driver qualifications in accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations and company hiring policy
• Monitor application process activity and reviews all applications an efficient manner to ensure quick processing within all guidelines so that the company increases chances of hiring drivers that meet criteria
• Perform any reasonable and related duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications we are seeking entail:

• 1-2 years Recruiting/Hiring experience - preferably in transportation or logistics
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations as it pertains to CDL-A Drivers
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, DriverHub preferred
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to handle very high call volume
