About the Opportunity
We’re hiring CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers at both entry and advanced levels for a well‑established manufacturing operation in St. Louis City. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with all shifts available, offering clean facilities, modern equipment, and steady production work.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers
  • Load programs, adjust tool offsets, and verify accuracy to blueprint specs
  • Perform basic to advanced G‑Code edits (depending on level)
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measurement tools
  • Troubleshoot machine or tooling issues to maintain quality
  • Work independently or alongside senior machinists/programmers
  • Maintain documentation, production logs, and quality checks
  • Keep a safe and efficient work environment
What You Bring
  • Experience operating CNC machines in a production or job‑shop setting
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Working knowledge of precision measurement tools
  • Solid math and mechanical aptitude
  • Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, or other CAM platforms
  • Multi‑axis machining exposure
  • ProtoTrak or conversational control experience
  • Prior programming responsibilities
Tools & Technology
  • CNC mills, CNC lathes, machining centers
  • Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or comparable controls
  • Precision gauges, micrometers, calipers, height gauges
  • CAM software (varies by client)
