About the Opportunity
This position is offered through Express Employment Professionals in the St. Louis / St. Charles County area. You will be employed through Express while working at one of our respected local client companies, a gasket manufacturer and distributor that supplies major partners like Boeing. This is a temp-to-hire role for reliable workers who want steady hours and long‑term opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Kit and bundle gasket products for production and shipment
Perform inventory counts and track materials accurately
Pack product for outgoing shipments
Enter production information into the computer
Work efficiently while on your feet for the entire shift
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in your work area

What You’ll Bring

Ability to stand and move for a full shift
Basic computer familiarity
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliability and consistent attendance
Comfort working in a warehouse or production environment

Nice-to-Haves

Previous kitting, inventory, or light industrial experience
Experience using inventory or production software
