Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily production operations, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain an efficient and safe work environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines
Assemble, package, and label products accurately
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and good attendance
Must be able to pass a background check
