Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and components
Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
Install HVAC systems and components as needed
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Test system performance and ensure proper operation
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and team members
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
Requirements:
Previous HVAC service or maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
Valid driver’s license required
EPA certification required
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
